【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandperformanceofself-servehotdelicases.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectadelicaseandunderstanditsenergyconsumptionandperformance.Thistestmethodisapplicabletoelectric,fullyopenorpartiallyopen,hotdelicasesthathavebeendesignedtoholdandmerchandiseprepackagedhotfood.Forstaff-servehotdelicases,refertoTestMethodF2472.Thedelicasecanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrate(10.2),Energyandtemperatureattheminimumsetting(10.3),Energyandtemperatureatthemaximumsetting(10.3),Energyandtemperatureatthemanufacturer'srecommendedsetting(10.3),Holdingcapacity(10.4),Holdingtemperaturecalibration(10.4),Preheatenergyrate(10.5),Idleenergyrate(10.6),andHoldingenergyrate(10.7).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
